pinocchio style jointed wood doll to stand & pose, vintage hand painted puppet toy w/ cloth dress

Hand painted wooden doll with yellow hair and cotton dress. She's not marked that we could find, but we'd guess she's from Poland or eastern Europe, 1970s or 80s vintage. She's 7 3/4" tall, and great fun to play with and pose!
