tiny old pewter pitcher or measure, acorn decoration

Vintage pewter pitcher, just 3 1/4" tall over the pitcher (not counting the acorns, which stick up above that, like a finial). The bottom is marked only '95%', no other maker's marks. We believe the 95% would refer to the tin content of the pewter? This is in very nice condition.
