Beautiful very old red work embroidery on white cotton, a hanging or flat pillow cover to lay over a pillow, we think? It measures 29 1/2" x 27 1/2", and has a wide edge with hemstitching on the fine cotton fabric.

This looks nice, with very little spotting or age discoloration. There is a little bit of fraying to the hemmed edges of the fabric.
