Primitive Houpt roller cutter for cutting eclair shaped doughnuts - it cuts sticks about 4 1/2" long. (It's meant for yeast dough, they'd rise a little after cutting!)

This one is in rough shape, much used in a bakery or a farm kitchen. It's very worn and rusty.
