primitive vintage handmade carved bone spoon, worn & stained tiny spoon made for a baby?

Crudely carved tiny old bone spoon, stained and worn very smooth at the spoon end. Maybe made for a baby? It's not marked or signed at all that I could see. Measures almost 5" long end to end.
