large enamelware tray w/ hand-painted flowers, vintage Ransburg

Large (16" in diameter) round vintage enamel tray with brightly colored flowers, handpainted. This isn't marked, looks like Ransburg to us? It's got peeling to the reverse and the front rim of the tray, also some flaking and scratching to the design area.
