rare antique William Morris aesthetic movement vintage cast iron door knob

Rare old antique Arts & Crafts Mission vintage "forged iron" door knob with heavy round mounting plates. This is the original antique doorknob and not a newer reproduction. Perfect for your Arts and Crafts home or medieval castle! This measures about 1 5/8" across the flats and 2 1/4" high. The mounting plates are 2 1/8" across and heavy cast iron spikes on the back for fastening the plates in place on a wooden door. This has some light rust.
