rare old Christmas garland decoration, string of red & green honeycomb paper balls

Early honeycomb paper ball garland, with worn silvery beads - this is 1920s or 30s vintage, and it's showing it's age. Would probably be able to be restored (at least partially) with some 'fluffing', and maybe shortening it a bit to remove the most damaged beads or balls. Measures about 92" long as it is.
