rare scene of Chicago University 1857, vintage Royal Cauldon brown transferware china plate

Vintage china plate with scenic view of the old Chicago University circa 1857. This was made for Carson, Pirie, Scott by Royal Cauldon - England, 20th century. It's dinner plate size, about 10 1/2" in diameter.

This has a lot of glaze crazing and one hairline crack - it's not in the best of condition, though fine for display I think. It's a rare scene I've never seen before (original held by the Chicago Historical Society), and I love the all brown color, such an elegant look.
