rare vintage Bartlett Collins advertising piece, Gay Fad style painted vase

Very interesting piece of glass from Bartlett Collins - a vase with studio painted red tulips, and the Bartlett Collins advertising in gold.

The vase is 5 1/2" tall, a small sample for a salesman, or a gift for large accounts? 1940s vintage, or early 50s?

It's in very good condition, no chips, cracks or damage.
