red and white polka dot glass tumbler, vintage ruby flash coin spot dots

Cute vintage glass tumbler with polka dots pattern... this would be perfect to hold flowers or pencils, or drinking straws or spoons!

It's probably Culver glass or something similar, though we didn't find a signature. Measures about 4 1/2" tall.
