Flat cake plate or round platter, 11" in diameter, vintage Made in Japan. We love the painted tulips border!

This is not in the best of condition, there's some scratching to the finish, and discolored crazing. But the floral design looks good, and there are no chips or cracks. Overall, not too bad for a piece of kitchen pottery over 50 years old!
