Tip-Toe yellow tulips Red Wing pottery vintage tiered plate

Tip-Toe pattern 1950's vintage Red Wing pottery two-tiered serving piece, measures about 11" x 11" overall. This looks nice, without scratching or wear, but the underside of the bottom plate is showing a tight star hairline from over-tightening the rod screw.
