retro big eyed baby seal pup, hand painted ceramic figurine 80s 90s vintage

Baby seal with sweet wide eyed expression... I don't believe this piece is terribly old (80s? 90s?) but who can resist that face?! Measures about 4" x 4" overall, condition is excellent.
