vintage hand-painted roses tole tray, shabby cottage chic

Beautiful old tole metal tray with scrolling openwork border, and handpainted floral design. This is a little shabby and worn, with the paint rubbed down to the metal in areas (much more on the back than on the front). Measures 18 1/4" x 13 1/2".
