antique O & EG Royal Austria hand-painted china plate, oyster & pearl

Beautiful handpainted vintage Royal Austria porcelain plate with oysters and pearl design... we expect that this was an amateur's piece or test piece, it's not signed that we could see, and the painting is a little fuzzy or uncertain.

The plate is 7 1/2" in diameter, and has a little wear and rubbing to gold trim. There are no chips or cracks.
