Ruby cut to clear goblet vase in a moss roses pattern, probably 1990s vintage, made in Eastern Europe? It's not marked or signed that we could find.

This measures 6 1/2" tall and is nice and heavy. It's in excellent condition without chips or damage. Very pretty!
