ruby stain pressed glass, vintage cake plateau or low footed torte plate

Big old round cake plate, with bands or petals of ruby stained color on clear, 14" in diameter. This is vintage Indiana glass, we think?

It's in very nice condition, the ruby color looks good without wear, and there are no chips or cracks to the glassware.
