hand-painted Russian folk art floral samovar, needs spigot & tap

Vintage electric samovar, painted aluminum, really gorgeous! This stands 16" tall overall. It's not marked, though we believe it came from Russia. There's some scratching and wear to the painted finish from use.

This has no spigot or tap, so it's not in working condition currently. The pot does have the cord, and that seems to work fine.
