Unmarked pottery bowl with hand painted sun design, Mexican pottery, or made in Spain? The painted colors are rich but not gaudy, it doesn't really look like Talavera to me, though the sun is a popular Talavera motif.

It's nicely made - there's a hole at the back for hanging, so it was obviously made as a decorative piece. Measures 11 1/4" in diameter. It's in very good condition without chips or cracks.
