sail maker's saddlemaker's sewing punch awl for heavy tent canvas

Very long sturdy sewing awl (12" long over the rod) with wood handle. This came out of a farm estate, a tool used for sewing canvas (tarps, tents, horse tack etc.). I don't think this was often used, it's shiny and very sharp.
