early old Lufkin Rule Co Saginaw folding ruler, antique vintage tool
more photos of this product belowOld late 1800's vintage folding steel ruler made by the Lufkin. This folding rule is two feet long and has a patina of age and wear to the steel. It is marked Lufkin Rule Co - Saginaw.
We're not sure of the exact age of this carpenter's ruler, but we've been told that Lufkin Rule Co ran from 1885, when it was bought by investors and moved to Saginaw, Michigan from Cleveland, Ohio, to the 1960s. We're guessing this scale is from the earlier end and is probably early 1900.
