Saignelecier foundry, vintage solid brass Swiss cow or goat bell

Vintage Switzerland made solid brass cow or goat bell, measures 3 3/4" x 3 3/4".

This is dated 1878, but we believe that's the age of the Saignelecier Chiantel (foundry), rather than the bell! The bell has a iron weight for a clapper, and weighs about 1 lb..
