set of 8 art deco vintage dinner plates, white porcelain w/ heavy encrusted gold iris pattern

Set of eight 9 3/4" diameter dinner plates, encrusted gold iris pattern. These are H & Co - Heinrich - Selb - Bavaria - Germany, early 20th century.

These have a little bit of scratching to the gold on some of the plates, no utensil marks or scratching to the porcelain. It's mostly just shelf wear, I think. The hand painted gold trim looks excellent. I've shown the worst of the scratching in the photos.

These have such a glamorous yet understated look, very luxurious. The iris flowers have an art deco feel, with just the heavy gold with black against the white.
