Antique white ironstone china bowl, shabby, but such a pretty shape! It's marked Alfred Meakin Royal Ironstone China (late 1800s vintage backstamp). Measures about 9 1/4" across the rim.
The discolored star on the bottom of the bowl is not visible from the inside - this looks pretty solid yet. It's showing finish wear and scratching, and spotting / staining as shown.
