shabby vintage hand-stitched bear paw pattern quilt, mustard gold & white cotton

The colors on this vintage quilt are so striking, and it's been beautifully hand quilted. But this poor thing has some serious fading on fold lines and at some spotted areas, now almost a green color. I have no idea how to fix this, so maybe it's a cutter.

It's 1920s or 30s vintage, measures just 60" x 72". It's all cotton fabric, worn soft, and frayed along the edges. There's a few rips and holes, and a couple of places where the hand sewing has come unstitched. All in all, very sturdy yet, it was well made.
