Fenton silver crest, vintage glass candy dish or flower bowl

Vintage silver crest pattern Fenton glass pedestal bowl with ruffled edge, 5 1/2" in diameter x about 3 1/4" tall. It's an older piece, not marked - it would have had a paper label originally, though has none remaining now. The glass is in perfect condition.
