vintage Italy silver plate lily flower centerpiece bowl w/ frog & underplate

Vintage Italian made silverplate floral centerpiece bowl, with separate underplate and removable flower frog insert. The bowl measures 5 1/2" in diameter, and the plate measures 8" in diameter. All shows tarnish, but the silver looks good, without much if any wear.
