Never used new old store stock replacement glass shade for a vintage lamp - this still has the original label marked Italy.
It's a translucent white glass, not the more opaque milk glass. Measures 3 5/8" tall, 4 3/8" in diameter across the fattest part of the shade, and 3 3/4" in diameter at the fitter.
