small sparrow bird, vintage solid brass figurine or desk paperweight

Small solid brass sparrow, just over 2" long. This doesn't appear to be marked at all, but we believe it's probably 1980s vintage. It's a little tarnished and spotted with verdigris - we've left it just as we found it.
