solid brass coal scoop or stove shovel, vintage fireplace hearth tool

Small shovel for coal or wood stove / fire place ashes, solid brass - this is is a lovely old piece! It's about 22" end to end, with scoop measuring about 7" x 4 1/2". Not marked with a makers mark that I could find, maybe English?
