solid brass end table, lamp or plant stand - ornate pierced brass from India or Morocco

Solid brass table or stand, beautifully ornate with a pierced openwork design, like a lantern. We aren't sure of the exact vintage, or origins of this piece - from India? the Middle East? Morocco?

This measures 18 1/2" tall, 11" in diameter across the table. It's in very good condition without a lot of tarnishing.
