vintage cotton rug or hanging, south american ethnic print, painted llamas / eagle

Vintage painted or hand-printed cotton wall hanging or mat, heavy natural colored homespun cotton yarn. It's 26" x 35" long, made up of six 4 1/4" wide woven strips across the width. This is south american, we think, with the llamas and eagle design? There's a little fraying to the unfinished edges.
