ornate antique spelter cast metal ceiling light fixture, early electric vintage lighting

Lovely early 1900s electric ceiling light, with ornate spelter base, and metal fittings. This measures 12" long overall.

The wiring is all original, and looks to be in good condition. The original paint or gilt colored finish is almost entirely gone, and there's some rust to the steel 'flowers' around each bulb.
