antique square plate marked England

Beautiful old ironstone china plate, 9 3/4" square, chinese peonies in blue. This is marked England, we can't make out the pattern or maker's name, the mark is rubbed and worn. This has an old chip to the rim where it was used in a plate hanger, and some scratching to the finish.
