1940s mid-century vintage aluminum star shaped Christmas tree stand

Old Eames era cast aluminum Christmas tree stand. This vintage christmas tree stand measures 13" across the points of the star and 3 1/2" high. It still has the original old glittered paint finish. It is marked Mitee Mfg. CO, St Paul.

The stand well has a point to help you center the tree to keep it balanced and it measures about 3 3/4" across, so the base of your christmas tree would have to be smaller then that, but that would be a pretty big christmas tree for this size of stand.

This is in nice shape, but does have wear and age to the paint.
