antique vintage tiger striped wood kitchen recipe card file box

Old antique wood recipe card box for cataloging file cards. It is tiger striped with walnut for the dark stripes and maple for the light ones. It measures about 12" long, 6" wide and 4 1/2" high. This box has notches in the one end that look like mortising for hinges that were not mounted. It has some wear and scratches.
