tiny 1920s vintage sugar cube tongs, nickel plate over steel

Small (about 3 3/4" long overall) sugar tongs, with a spring design (they open fully if not gripped to close). These are nickel plated, with some scratching and a few light rust spots to the plate. There's no maker's mark that we could see.
