sweet little china cake stand dessert plate, vintage Japan, Lefton or Enesco

Pretty flowered china pedestal for petit fours, scones or a tiny cake! This is vintage Japan, not marked but numbered as shown. Probably Lefton or Enesco, we think.

It's 4 1/2" tall, about 7 1/2" across the rim. It's in very good condition without chips, cracks or wear.
