set of 8 vintage grey cut elegant glass sauce or dessert bowls, Tiffin or Seneca?

Lovely vintage glass ice cream or berry bowls, set of eight, 4 3/8" in diameter, with grey or wheel cut floral design. We don't know the pattern name or maker, though we've been told it's most likely a Tiffin or Seneca glass pattern, as between the two they made so much of this type of patterned glass.

Three of these have chips (two small, one noticeable, as shows in the photo). The glass is clear and bright, though we left the dust in place for the photos, think it shows the pattern the clearest that way!
