tiny antique salt & pepper shakers, glass bottles with silver plate covers

1920s vintage salt and pepper shakers set, very unusual, with silver plated metal covers which fit down over tiny glass bottles. They're about 2 1/4" tall overall. Very tarnished, these need cleaning and polishing. Glass jars look good without chips or cracks.
