tiny china mermaid figurine or fish bowl tank ornament, vintage German porcelain

Tiny very detailed porcelain reclining mermaid figurine, early to mid 20th century vintage.

This is numbered, although has no makers mark that we could see... we believe it's probably a German porcelain piece, rather than made in Japan.

It's pure white like bone china, with a glossy finish. The mermaid measures about 4 1/2" long end to end. ]It's nice and clean, and has obviously never been used in a fishbowl or aquarium.

She does have a tiny fleabite chip to one fin.
