tiny house cottage hand stitched needlepoint, framed vintage needlework

Sweet old wool needlepoint picture of a little house, probably 1930s - 40s vintage. The needlework looks good, though the backing is very shabby.

It's framed under glass, and measures about 13 1/4" x 11 1/4" over the outside edge of the painted wood frame.
