tiny ornate metal tea strainer on stand, vintage Italian silver plate over brass

Beautiful little ornate silver plated brass tea strainer on a stand, about 3" tall overall. (This measures about 1 3/4" across the well, strainer is 5 1/4" long end to end including the handle.)

This is marked Italy, it's silver plated over solid brass (brass is visible in some areas where this was rubbed and polished down to the base metal).

It's been marked on the bottom of the drip catcher with initials in pale pink nail polish. We've left it just as we found it!
