tropical fish vintage Japan ceramic salt & pepper shakers, two sets matching fish large & small

Lot of vintage ceramic salt and pepper shakers - two larger fish and two smaller fish of the same design. I don't know if these were supposed to be a big and a little fish, or a pair of big fish and a pair of little fish. So I left all four fish together in this lot!

The smaller fish measure about 2 3/4" x 2 3/4". The larger fish measure about 3 1/4" x 3 1/4". All are in very good condition without chips or damage. No stoppers on any of them, though.
