1940s Turner vintage framed floral print, shabby cottage chic

Vintage 1940s floral print in wood frame with old white paint, really pretty! This looks like an old Turner print, but is marked de Jonge.

Measures 18" x 14" over the frame, and has a wire at the back for hanging. The print is in very nice shape, under glass. The painted wood frame has a little wear and scuffing.
