unmarked antique majolica pottery plate, art nouveau arrowroot floral

Lovely old majolica pottery plate, numbered though not marked... possibly German? We love this arrowroot leaf and bud floral pattern, very art nouveau. The plate is 6 1/2" in diameter.

There's a chip to the foot of the plate, and another chip to the underside of the rim of the plate. The front of the plate looks nice!
