unused vintage metal tube forms for crullers pastries w/ recipes, pastry chef baking

Set of 20 metal forms for shaping crullers or other pastry tubes - original instruction and recipe leaflet included.

These are unused vintage, all in very good clean condition. The roll forms measure 3 1/4" long, and about 1/4' across the wider end of the tube.
