vintage US Navy jacket & pants w/metal bullion patch

Vintage double breasted Navy jacket and trousers. The jacket has a metal bullion eagle patch the left arm and red service stripes on the cuff. We're not sure of the exact vintage, service branch or rank of these. The jacket measures about 19" long on the arm (armpit to cuff), 38" around the chest (under the arms), 17" across the shoulders on the back. The trousers have a 28 inch waist and a 33 inch inseam.
