very heavy vintage solid brass wall sconces, 70s mod minimalist art metal candle holders pair

Pair of solid brass (heavy!) wall sconces, 70s Knob Creek labels. These are 11 1/2" long x 3 3/4" wide across the widest point. They're made to hold a single taper candle in each.

These are spotted with tarnish and some copper colored spots from aging of the brass - it's probably a defect of some sort, but I like the authentic unlacquered character of the metal on artisan pieces like this, these have a very retro (almost brutalist) style, with the thick solid brass back plates. You won't get these to polish up shiny!
